Costs:Adults - $40.00 each, Children 6-12 years old $15.00 each
Wagon Masters and non riding children under 5 years of age - Free! Everyone who passes through the gate must sign up!There is NO free camping!
The ride will be escorted by Texas Law Enforcement Officers to provide safety for our riders and participants.
The Ride Schedule
Thursday – Gates Open! Friday – Sign up will begin at 4:00 p.m.Current Coggins MUST be presented and will be checked at sign up.From about 5 ‘till 8 or while it lasts, there will be an informal “Cowboy Fixin’s” meal available – likely out of 1 big pot.Bring your own plates, utensils and beverages and “think chuck wagon”… Saturday – Cattle Call at 7:00 a.m. Pull out at 9:00 a.m.Breakfast served from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. with coffee.The days ride is approximately 14 miles through the hill country –.Lunch will be served at the Morgan Cox Ranch about 1:00 p.m. (provide your own refreshments).Dinner will be served at camp from 6-7 p.m. (provide your own refreshments). Sunday –Cattle Call at 8:00 a.m. Breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30 with coffee.Pull out at 10:00 a.m.We will ride for 10 miles from camp through Mayan Ranch to town and then have a small parade down Main St. to the Longhorn Saloon for lunch – hosted by the Brian Black Family.We saddle up and ride back to camp around 3:00. Monday – Checkout no later than 1:00.Please respect private property (including Twin Elm Guest Ranch property).Please police your area and dispose of your trash in the dumpster provided before you leave. Shuttles to Longhorn Saloon will be provided Friday and Saturday night. Please Stay Safe – Don’t Drink & Drive!
